  8. vivant George Plimpton found his recent weekend with George Bush
  9. at Camp David strenuous. Among the activities: bowling,
  10. tiddlywinks, horseshoes (a presidential triumph), skeet shooting
  11. and wally ball (a version of volleyball played on a handball
  12. court). Plimpton was surprised that there were no interruptions
  13. or calls all weekend -- until their tennis game. "He threw the
  14. ball up to serve and the phone rang -- a very odd thing to hear
  15. in a forest." The Commander in Chief strode over, picked it up,
  16. listened for a moment, and looked at Plimpton. "It's for you,"
  17. he said.
